Invited as a guest speaker at the Malam Keakraban (Makrab) event organized by PBK, specifically tailored for onboarding and welcoming new organization members. Moving beyond traditional seminars, this sharing session was designed to foster a strong sense of community and alignment within the organization.

During the event, I led a practical and engaging discussion focused on:

Organizational Onboarding & Vision: Shared the core values, culture, and long-term vision of PBK to help new members understand their roles and feel a strong sense of belonging from day one.

Balancing Tech & Leadership: Shared personal experiences on how to effectively balance intensive developer paths (such as tech projects or MBKM programs) with organizational responsibilities and active leadership.

Growth Mindset & Community: Encouraged the new members to view PBK not just as an organization, but as a collaborative sandbox for improving both technical foundations and essential soft skills like teamwork, communication, and adaptability.

The session wrapped up with an interactive Q&A and networking circle, aiming to inspire the new cohort to actively contribute, innovate, and thrive throughout their journey with PBK.
