Consulting teams need a centralized system to handle client requests, appointment bookings, project updates, and PIC communications without switching between tools.

In this project, I designed and built an end-to-end consulting and project management platform to streamline how clients, PICs, and admins collaborate. Instead of forcing teams to juggle multiple tools for scheduling, tracking, and messaging, I engineered a unified workspace that bridges everything together. My core focus was implementing a robust system architecture using Next.js and TypeScript featuring seamless Google Calendar integration for automated appointment booking, alongside custom real-time messaging and notification channels. To ensure production readiness and smooth deployments, I fully containerized the application using Docker, delivering a scalable and responsive experience for all user roles.
